Getting Started
Most issues can be resolved quickly with a few basic steps. This guide covers common problems and how to fix them.

Login & Account Issues
Can't Log In
Ensure you're using the correct email address and password. Try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock it.
Email Not Verified
Check your inbox and spam folder for the verification email. You can request a new one from the login screen.
Performance Issues
Slow performance is often caused by browser cache or extensions. Try clearing your cache and disabling extensions to see if that helps.
Using an outdated browser can also cause issues. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Common Fixes
Before contacting support, try these steps:
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
- Clear browser cookies and cache
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Try a different browser or incognito mode
Known Limitations
- Mobile browsers may have limited functionality
- Internet Explorer is not supported
- Some features require a stable internet connection
- Ad blockers may interfere with certain features
- VPNs can occasionally cause connectivity issues
Billing & Subscription Problems
If you're seeing unexpected charges or your subscription isn't activating, contact us at support@example.com with your account email and transaction ID so we can investigate promptly.
Billing issues are typically resolved within 1–2 business days.
Feature Not Working
If a specific feature isn't behaving as expected, check our status page for any active incidents, then try logging out and back in.
Data & Sync Issues
If your data isn't syncing correctly, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. Data is typically synced in real time but may be delayed during high traffic periods.
